Below are our frequently asked questions to help you use our web site. If you can't find what you need here, please get in touch with using the button below or use the Live Chat feature available at the bottom of every page.

  • Can a redeem an e-gift card against experiences?
    Yes! Your e-gift card can be redeemed against all products in our online store, including experiences.
  • Where are your experiences delivered?
    All of our experiences are held at our distillery in Hethersett, Norfolk. We have plenty of parking and good access.
  • Do you deliver experiences from the Rockin’ Horse mobile bar?
    Currently, we do not offer experiences from our mobile bar, the Rockin' Horse. All experiences are delivered at our distillery in Hethersett, Norfolk. We do however offer hire of the Rockin' Horse for events and private parties, availability permitting.   • Do you have suitable access for those with disabilities?
    Yes. All of our distillery experiences are on the ground level with entirely flat concrete flooring. The distillery has an on-site accessible toilet with assistance alarm.
  • Where can I check the dates that are available?
    Our unique experiences are delivered on an ad-hoc basis, so you're not tied to a particular date. When you book an experience, we will get in touch personally to discuss your requirements and set a date that works for you and your group.
  • Is there a restriction on the number of participants?
    Our experiences are perfect for sharing with a small group of friends. That way everyone can get involved as much as they wish. As such we have a minimum quantity of two tickets, up to a maximum of eight.
  • What unique experiences does Home Farm Gin offer?
    Home Farm Gin offers a range of unique experiences, including gin tasting events, distillery tours, and cocktail-making workshops. These experiences provide an immersive journey into the world of artisan gin production and mixology.
  • How do I purchase an experience?
    Experiences are available to purchase online in our store at homefarmgin.co.uk/store We currently have two experiences available: one which includes cocktail making and another which does not.
  • Are your experiences suitable as a gift?
    Definitely! Our tasting and cocktail making experiences are perfect as gifts for yourself but even better when you bring your friends! Each person attending will need a separate ticket, so when you make your experience purchase on our store, please ensure sure you buy a sufficient number to cover your group. We have plenty of parking and delicious zero-alcohol options for those kindly providing the driving.
  • How can I log into my account?
    You can log into your account by first using the "Hamburger" menu on the website. If you are logged in already you will see your name at the top of the menu page. If not you can log in using the Log In button in the same place. Please use the email address and password you used to sign up. Forgotten your password?   • Can I print out my e-gift card to include as a physical gift?
    Yes. Please purchase a gift card to the appropriate value and make yourself the recipient. Once you receive the gift card email, print the email or make a note of the unique code and include this in your physical gift. The recipient only needs to enter that code during their checkout process to redeem their e-gift card. They do not need the email itself.
  • How long is my digital gift card valid for?
    Our general availability gift cards do not have an expiry date. However, some gift cards might be made available for promotional purposes and thus do have a limited life span. Please check the email you received with your gift card for any special terms and conditions that might apply to your particular gift card.
  • Can I purchase a gift card for me or someone else?
    Yes! You can currently purchase e-gift cards in £25, £50, £75 or £100 denominations. These can be customised during checkout and can be delivered via email to yourself or another recipient, either immediately or on a date of your choosing. Currently, E-Gift cards are only redeemable for online purchases during checkout on our website. As a workaround, if you wish to purchase a product at our Distillery using a gift card, we can help you make your purchase on your mobile device, selecting "Store Pickup" as your free-of-charge delivery option.   • How can I check my E-gift card balance?
    Currently it is not possible to check the balance of an e-gift card. As a workaround you can add a product to your basket, go to Checkout and enter the e-gift card number in the Redeem Gift Card section to see if balance will cover your purchase. It is not necessary to make the purchase itself.
  • On which products can I redeem my gift card?
    You can redeem your gift card as full or part payment on all products in our store, including our experiences!
  • Do you sell physical gift cards?
    We no longer sell physical gift cards. If you have a physical gift card from our previous website, you can still redeem this in person at our distillery. It will be used to discount the purchase price by the amount of the gift card.
  • How do I redeem an e-gift card?
    E-gift cards are redeemable during check out on our website. Please ensure you use the "Redeem a gift card" link on the check out page and enter your unique gift card number. If the balance of you gift card does not cover your full purchase amount (including delivery) then you will need to provide a payment method to cover the balance. If the value of the gift card exceeds your cart value then the value of the order (including delivery) will be deducted from the gift card balance and the remainder will be available for use on a subsequent purchase.
  • Can my digital gift card be used in store?
    Currently, our E-Gift cards are only redeemable for online purchases and not directly as part of the in-person payment process at our distillery. However, if you do wish to purchase a product at our Distillery using an e-gift card, we can help you make your purchase via your mobile device, selecting "Store Pickup" as your free-of-charge delivery option. Your product will then be released to immediately to take away there and then.
  • How are gift cards delivered?
    Our e-gift cards are delivered via email to either yourself or to a recipient of your choice, along with a personalised message if you wish. We also have an option to send the email either immediately or on specific date*. The email will contain a code which can then be entered and redeemed during the checkout process on our website. * Please note we cannot guarantee at which time during your chosen date the email will be delivered.
  • Can digital gift cards be used for experiences?
    Yes! E-gift cards can be redeemed as full or partial payment against any product available in our store online at homefarmgin.co.uk/store Please note, e-gift cards are not directly redeemable in person at our Distillery. However, we will be pleased to help you process your order on your website via your mobile device and release your purchase to you in person immediately. Unfortunately, e-gift cards cannot be redeemed as payment for tickets to our events such as Home Farm Fest nor are they available to redeem in the Rockin' Horse mobile bar.
  • Where can I redeem my Home Farm Gin e-gift card?
    E-gift cards are redeemable as full or part payment on our website by entering the unique code during the checkout process. Currently, our E-Gift cards are only redeemable for online purchases and not as part of the in-person payment process at our distillery. As a workaround, if you wish to purchase a product at our Distillery using a gift card, we can help you make your purchase via your mobile device, selecting "Store Pickup" as your free-of-charge delivery option. Your product will then be released to immediately to take away there and then.
  • What are your opening hours?
    Our Distillery and Shop are normally open on the following hours for browsing and order pick-ups. Please note, we are closed on bank holidays and other public holidays.   • How can I get in touch with you?
    We have an online chat feature which is accessible from the Contact Us button at the bottom of each page on Desktop and the round, yellow "..." button at the bottom of each page on mobile.   • Where can I buy Home Farm Gin in person?
    We regularly attend shows, fetes and other events throughout Norfolk and East Anglia with our mobile gin bar. Additionally, our Distillery is open to the public during specific hours where you can browse and purchase our wide range of gins, mixers and other Home Farm Gin items in person. Perhaps even try a small tipple whilst you're there? We also provide organised experiences available in the store so you can come meet us, try our gin and even learn how the professionals make those delicious cocktails! Have an event you'd like us to attend?
  • How can I get a refund?
    We hope you enjoy your products and have received a level of service that we would be proud of. If you have any queries or concerns, or would like to request a refund, please get in touch with us on our website at homefarmgin.co.uk/contact-us and we will be delighted to help. Please do ensure you include your name and order number in your enquiry.
  • Can I pay cash?
    Yes, simply select Manual Payment from the checkout page and ensure you select "Pick Up" as the delivery method. You can then pay when you come to collect your order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards on our website in addition to fast checkout via Paypal. If you are picking up your order, you are also able to pay cash at the Distillery by specifying manual payment on the order page. Please note that e-gift cards can be used for in-person pick up orders that have pre-processed via the website.
  • I have a query regarding my recent order. How can I get in touch?
    Firstly, thank you for placing an order with us. If you have any query or issue with your order, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page at homefarmgin.co.uk/contact-us Please include your name and order number and we'll be more than happy to help.
  • When will I receive a order confirmation?
    You should receive an order confirmation via email immediately after you place your order. Please check your spam folder just in case it might have landed in there. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please get in touch via our Contact Us page at homefarmgin.co.uk/contact-us
  • What are your delivery charges?
    Our delivery charges are based on the combined weights of the items you purchase. Exact delivery charges are displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. We also have the option to pick up your order from our Distillery and Shop which is free of charge for any size order.
  • How long will my delivery take?
    We will pick and dispatch your order as soon as possible after receipt. Then, you can expect your delivery to arrive between 1 and 5 days depending on your chosen delivery method during checkout.
  • My delivery hasn't arrived. How can I get in touch?
    If your delivery has not arrived and it is now outside of your chosen delivery window, please get in touch with us at homefarmgin.co.uk/contact-us and select "Delivery Query" in the Area Of Interest dropdown. Please include your name and order number in your enquiry.
  • What countries do you deliver to?
    Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We're always looking to expand our delivery destinations, so keep an eye out for further updates. If you'd like to purchase our products from outside the UK, please Get In Touch
  • How will I know when my pick-up order is ready to collect?
    You will receive and email from us when your order is ready for collection which details the address and opening times. If you specified manual payment, please ensure you bring a payment method with you such as cash, card or contactless payment.
  • Can I collect my order in person?
    Yes! Pick up from our Distillery and Shop is available as an no-charge option on our check out page.   • What delivery companies do you use?
    We exclusively use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries.
