These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and  Home Farm Gin,  the owner and operator of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

 

In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by  Home Farm Gin  and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to  Home Farm Gin  and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

22. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

User comments, feedback and other user generated content

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. 25. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. Severability

When booking any experience with Home Farm Gin you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Licensing Requirements and Age Restrictions


1.1 You are, or will be over 18 years of age on the date of the booked experience. We operate the 'Challenge 25' policy – we reserve the right to request ID for persons who appear to be under legal drinking age in the United Kingdom. We cannot accept any guests under the age of 18.  Persons under the age of 18 are allowed to attend if accompanied by any adult but cannot participate in alcohol consumption.


1.2 Under the terms of the licensing act we reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol or to request ID to verify you are of legal drinking age.


1.3 We will refuse entry to the premises if you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited narcotic substances upon your arrival. In this instance no refund will be offered.


1.4 The Distillery Experience involves the sampling and consumption of alcohol and as such we would encourage guests to use public transport, taxis or arrange drop offs and pick-ups where possible.

2. Booking Terms and Conditions


2.1 You will inform us prior to our accepting the booking of any medical condition or physical impediment about which we would need to be aware in order to eliminate or anticipate any potential health and safety issue.


2.2 We reserve the right to alter the content, times and prices of our tours, experiences and masterclasses. In this instance we will arrange a suitable alternative time with you.


2.3 If you do not arrive for your experience tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

3. Rescheduling Your Booking

​

3.1 Refund Policy – Home Farm Gin operates a strict 14 day refund policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of an experience voucher to notify us with your refund request. In order for refunds to be granted the voucher must be unused and you must have proof of payment. If you need to cancel within 7 days prior to the experience, no refund will be made but an alternative date will be offered.

3.2 Vouchers/Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

​

3.3 Course Alterations – Home Farm Gin reserves the right to make minor changes to the content of the experience and prices without notice.

4. Loyalty, Discount Cards & Vouchers


4.1 Discounts do not apply to the following areas of business sales:

  • Food served in the Distillery

  • Any event which is not a Distillery Experience

  • Charity Products

  • Monetary Vouchers

  • Only one discount can be applied per transaction.
     

4.2 Discounts only apply to purchases made directly from Home Farm Gin and do not apply to Home Farm Gin products sold elsewhere.


4.3 You will be required to present your card or voucher before the relevant discount is applied, discounts cannot be applied after any payment transaction has been made.

5. Health and Safety


5.1 To ensure your personal safety and the safety of others, you agree to follow the instructions of the distillery team when on-site.


5.2 You will be given a briefing on health and safety in the Home Farm Gin Gin School prior to the session commencing.


5.3 All participants are expected to listen carefully and adhere to instructions given. Inevitably there is a risk of accidents occurring. We expect you to take all reasonable care in the Home Farm Gin Gin School to avoid this happening.


5.4 Smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping) anywhere on site at our distillery is strictly forbidden – both inside and outside (apart from the designated areas).  A smoking pole is located to the left of the back door along the driveway.


5.5 By your agreement to these booking conditions we shall be under no liability whatsoever, for loss, injury or damage to you or your property whether in respect of any neglect, act of omission by us or otherwise. If in doubt, please ask for help.

6. Special Dietary Requirements/ Allergies/ Disabilities


6.1 We cannot adjust courses and experiences for special dietary requirements unless previously agreed. If you have any allergies, please telephone us at-least 7 days in advance to discuss your requirements. There may be traces of nuts or other allergens and if you have an allergy you attend at your own risk. 


6.2 If you have a disability or condition you think may hinder your enjoyment of the course, please let us know so we can help to ensure your day runs smoothly.


6.3 If you are disabled, diabetic, have epilepsy, are pregnant or have any other issue or illness you think you should tell us about, please let us know in advance.

7. Alcohol Consumption


7.1 Whilst alcohol is served as part of all experiences, you are not obliged to consume everything offered - a free water station is provided for your consumption.  Home Farm Gin operates within licensing conditions and has the right to refuse serving alcohol even if it is included within an experience.  Home Farm Gin will not take responsibility for the amount of alcohol you consume.
